Villa 'Beso de Luna' is located in a quiet area on the beautiful coast of Calp/Basetes. Located within walking distance of the azure blue Mediterranean Sea with its fascinating flora and fauna. To the east, towards Benissa, you will find a sublime ecological walking path along several beautiful bays. To the west you reach the long sandy beaches with restaurants, terraces and shops.

The villa is surrounded by an extensive terrace with lounge, swimming pool and outdoor shower. The tropical garden contains many (sun & shaded) seating areas. The interior is cozy and practically furnished with an airy veranda, spacious living space and kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are equipped for 2 people (choice of single or double bed). All rooms have air conditioning and central heating. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 en suite.

Beautiful nature, Sun, Sea,... As an avid traveler, I always felt melancholic when I had to return to the cold winters after a sunny holiday. That is why I decided to work on it and have recently become the proud owner of this brilliant home. Quietly located but still close to everything, bonus!
It is always fun together with my family and friends. At other times I like to open the villa to guests, to have an equally positive experience!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone notification must always be confirmed in writing to the landlord by e-mail. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%.

(10 min) Walking route along the coastline from Calpe towards Benissa. This is a beautifully landscaped path, with the coast nearby and several beaches where you can bathe or snorkel. The many trees provide pleasant shade. The route has a length of 4 km, but a few bars and restaurants along the route mean that this walk can be a full-day program.

Walk along the beach to a small quiet gravel bay north of Calpe harbor and located at the foot of the Penon de Ifach. Here is the fishing port and the “Princesa de Asturias” walkway, which provides a breathtaking upward view next to the Ifach.

The historic center of Calpe is accessible along the beaches. It is known for its maze streets, the famous stairs with the Spanish national flag and its murals. There are many cozy cafes, tapas bars & restaurants. definitely worth a visit!
