A charming Spanish Villa that was completely renovated in 2019, creating a bohemian holiday atmosphere. The interior is characterized by natural elements such as beautiful wooden furniture, palm leaves and a 'touch of flamingo'. Careful attention has also been paid to luxury, comfort and quality. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, Fibernet WiFi (100mbps), TV Flanders, Nespresso, dishwasher and washing machine and various electrical appliances.
The pool is heated from the beginning of April to the end of October. For winter rentals, the pool can be heated on request, subject to an optional payment of 150 euros per week.
Villa Carolima offers a home for 6 people and is equipped with three bedrooms, two bathrooms with walk-in shower and private toilet, a spacious equipped kitchen and living space. There is a place for everyone to relax, because Villa Carolima has a covered terrace, an open terrace and even a rooftop terrace with an amazing view of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach.
Just like the interior, a nice holiday atmosphere is also created in the garden by all kinds of tropical plants, an outdoor shower with hot water and a spacious (heated) private swimming pool. You can enjoy the pool in full sun on one of the sunbeds or under the awning for those who prefer to stay in the shade. The lounge in the garden is also a pleasant place to start the day with a coffee, start the evening with an aperitif or simply relax.
The bedrooms have air conditioning with heating and cooling. The bathrooms have a walk-in shower and sliding doors.
Moreover, there is no shortage of entertainment in Villa Carolima, because on the ground floor there is an air-conditioned 'man cave' with billiards, darts and a cozy bar to have a drink during the games. Those who prefer to spend time outside can have fun in the swimming pool or on the petanque court in the garden.
