Wij zijn Caroline en Olivier, twintigers en gepassioneerd door vastgoed en decoratie.

We wilden een huis kopen dat we helemaal naar onze stijl konden verbouwen met als doel een warme thuis te creëren voor verschillende huurders.

Olivier baat in België een B&B uit. Die gastvrijheid hebben we doorgetrokken naar ons huis in Spanje.

We zijn 24/7 bereikbaar!

We hebben deze woning gekozen omdat het letterlijke alle checkmarks afvinkte. Zeezicht, groot huis, leuke tuin, privé zwembad, op wandelafstand van het strand, een eigen mancave met bar, een grote keuken, grote ruimten in het huis etc.

We wisten dat er nog veel renovatiewerk aan was, maar zo konden we het naar onze eigen stijl stylen.

We hebben het huis helemaal terug in ruwbouw gezet om er zo voor te zorgen dat het huis nu pico bello in orde is!
