This modern, stylish holiday villa with Mediterranean character; Casa Fernando, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests, is ideal for families or groups who want to relax for a peaceful holiday and chill out by your own beautiful swimming pool, surrounded by a landscaped garden that offers privacy and tranquillity.
You will find the open plan kitchen, living and dining area that seamlessly connects to the outside area and offers sumptuous views. The living room has seating for all guests and offers an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The calming atmosphere extends to the modern kitchen and dining room where convenience and comfort are key. You will find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen, including all appliances.
This house has (fiber optic) wireless internet and a smart TV. The holiday villa can be fully cooled in the summer months and heated in the winter.
To make the most of your breathtaking location, head outside where a private atmosphere awaits you. While the children swim in the large pool, you can relax in one of the seating or lying corners in the garden. When it's time for dinner, the outdoor entertainment area offers plenty of seating and a BBQ, and as the evening progresses, the outdoor lounge is a comfortable alternative. On request it is possible to heat the pool!
Guests can choose from 5 bedrooms at the end of their magical holiday. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor. This room has two single beds and a wardrobe. In the hallway you will immediately find the first bathroom. Here you can take a refreshing shower in the walk-in shower. The stairs take you upstairs where you immediately enter a room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. The other three bedrooms are adjacent to this. Two bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe, these rooms also have access to the balcony. The other bedroom is a children's room. There are two smaller single beds here. The bathroom on this floor has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
The fifth bedroom is located in the garden, adjacent to the house. This bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.
On the property you have plenty of space to park your car, the garden is fully fenced and there is a washing machine available to keep your luggage light. So unwind by the private pool or spend your days exploring the beaches, mountains, and picturesque villages of the Costa Blanca!
This is a private property so there are no common areas.
Please note:
1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this property.
2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 10 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
3: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times.
4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
5: This property is equipped with an alarm system. Its use is optional but provides additional security during your stay. If you have any questions about the system, please feel free to contact us!
6: The fifth bedroom is separately accessible from the outside and has a separate entrance.
7: We strive to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. However, please note that occasional work or noise from the surrounding area may occur and is beyond our control.
Important information:
The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €30 per night and start from the day we turn on the pump.
