Villa Aurora is a modern detached holiday home in Moraira. In this villa with private swimming pool , located in a quiet residential area, you will experience plenty of privacy and tranquility . You look out over the beautiful landscape of Calpe and the beautiful blue sea. Inside Villa Aurora
This modern villa is suitable for eight people. The nice living room is furnished with a sitting area, dining area, smart television with Dutch channels and music system . From here you have breathtaking views through the wide windows and access to the balcony. You walk straight into the kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher , combination microwave, oven, hob, kettle, blender, hand blender and coffee maker. Villa Aurora has four bedrooms. All have two single beds (90 x 200), en suite bathroom, air conditioning and mosquito screens on the windows. Bathroom 1 has a bath, shower, toilet, double sink and hairdryer. Bathroom 2 has a shower, toilet, double sink and hairdryer. Bathroom 3 and 4 have a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. This villa has WiFi and air conditioning .

The outdoor life of Villa Aurora
You will spend hours in the sun in the spacious garden of Villa Aurora. Dive into the spacious swimming pool in the middle of the garden and then relax on one of the sun loungers surrounding it. In the warm summer evenings you can enjoy an evening meal from the barbecue at the dining table. This villa also has a beautiful balcony with lounge set and table. This villa also has an outdoor shower (hot/cold), parasol and awning/shade cloth. There are two private covered parking spaces.

Fancy a day at the beach? Cala Llobella beach is 1.1 km away, where you have beautiful views of the Ifach. The fine sandy beach of Moraira is 5.6 km away. From here you can walk straight into the old fishing village with all its nice terraces and bars.

Particularities
- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is permitted on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings.
- Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination. Construction of a house next to Villa Aurora started in early March 2024. According to the owner, there are no activities in July/August due to construction work. For the period from 2024 (with the exception of July/August) a reduced rate applies, which is included in the price on the (*CONTENT HIDDEN*). If you have any questions, please contact us.
