VILLA BELUGA HOLIDAY HOME IN XÁLO
Villa Beluga is located in the quiet and authentic Spanish village of Xálo in the Jalon valley. Away from the hustle and bustle, you will find a nice holiday home here to fully enjoy the outdoors, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The Dutch owners have done a good job, you will immediately feel at home here.

What a great view from the naja and the cozy terrace where you can enjoy the green surroundings at any time of the day. It is not necessary to always get in the car, because the restaurants, shops and supermarket are within walking distance in the village.

LAYOUT VILLA BELUGA
Villa Beluga is a lovely detached holiday home and consists of an upstairs and downstairs apartment. The upstairs apartment is accessible from the side and front of the house. From the parking lot you can enter via a short route on the side of the house. Here you enter directly into the cozy semi-open kitchen, which is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, combination microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and beautiful Smeg fridge-freezer combination.
The tasteful living-dining room is located directly on the naja with a beautiful view over the valley. Here you will find a nice lounge sofa by the pellet stove, smart television with all European channels, a cozy dining area for 6 people and is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
From the living room (front of the house) you enter the terrace/naja with dining area through sliding doors. From here you walk down a number of steps and reach the terrace by the pool.

The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have comfortable box-spring beds. Bedroom 1: double bed (180cm x 200cm) and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: two single beds. There is a 2nd separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito screens on the windows.

You enter the ground floor apartment from the terrace on the ground floor. Here too it is comfortably furnished and there is a nice sitting area, television with all European channels and a dining area suitable for 4 people. There is air conditioning in the living room. The kitchenette has a refrigerator with freezer, a combination microwave and a Nespresso coffee maker. The (third) bedroom has a double bed (180cm x 200cm) and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Laundry room
At the back of the house there is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

OUTSIDE AT VILLA BELUGA IN XÁLO
Through the entrance gate of Villa Beluga you enter a closed parking lot with space for 3 cars. We can't stop talking about the amount of space and the unimaginably nice view of the greenery of the Jalon Valley, here you can enjoy optimal peace and quiet. The private swimming pool (8 x 4m) has a spacious terrace of no less than 100m2 where there is also an outdoor kitchen with electric BBQ and a very spacious dining table, so you can also dine outside. There is a solar outdoor shower.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Particularities
- During the May holidays, autumn holidays and the period from July to August we use a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is permitted on any day of the week, but your booking must be as close as possible to
previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights in between.
- If you are staying with a maximum of 4 people, the ground floor apartment will be closed.

Inclusive
– Electricity: 125 kWh per week

Optional
– A first high chair can be booked free of charge (please let us know in advance if you wish to use it), an extra high chair costs €15 per stay.
- 1st baby cot can be booked free of charge (excluding bed/bath linen) (please let us know in advance if you wish to use this), an extra baby cot costs €50 (including bed linen) per stay.
– Beach towel €7.50 each
– Interim cleaning € 80,- upstairs apartment only, € 100,- entire house
– Interim new bath and bed linen € 17.50 pp

Other
– Arrival from 4 p.m. Departure before 10am.
– Surcharge for arrival after 9 p.m. € 40,-
- Pets are not allowed.

In addition to the costs to be settled separately, to be paid locally:

- Electricity: €0.40 per kWh for additional consumption (via meter)
- Pellet granules: €9.95 per bag when used

Deposit
A deposit of €250 applies for Villa Beluga. You pay this with the remaining payment and you will receive it back within a week after check-out if you leave the holiday home correctly.
