Beautiful garden with sea view, its own completely private swimming pool 10 x 5. The separate guesthouse is currently only rented out upon special request and in consultation (because it has not yet been renovated).
The villa has central heating and air conditioning, a spacious kitchen/diner, bedroom with twin beds and bathroom and on the first floor a master bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi and a bedroom with 2 beds.

TV with Digital Channel (also Dutch, German and English channels), fairly high-speed internet (fiber optic 100mB).

Additional toddler bed and high chair on request. Very suitable for families with young children.
2 garages and spacious driveway for an extra large car.

This wonderful family villa is also a perfect base for sports enthusiasts. Cycling and walking paths have recently been constructed along the coast, to which the villa has direct access. In addition to a dip in the pool, you can swim in the sea on the beach of Advocat (15 minutes' walk) or enjoy a drink in the charming Xirinquitos.
With one of the many golf courses on this coast 7 minutes away by car and many championship courses a little further away, this is the perfect place to enjoy your holiday in both summer and winter.

The deposit will be returned 1 week after the end of the rental (less damage).

Linen is included and will be washed for you at the end of the rental period. Printed beach towels for use at the pool free of charge.

On request, cleaning can also be done during the rental period at €20 per hour, based on availability and requested in good time.
