Finca 'Pie Plano', a well kept secret on the Costa Blanca! It is the perfect place to have a great holiday with family or friends. The finca has been completely renovated and stylishly furnished with love and passion by the owners. Beautifully rural location and surrounded by nature with a great view over green valleys towards the mountains and the sea with the rock called Peñon de Ifach.
There are several terraces with seating areas, an infinity swimming pool with a bar and fridge, a gazebo (platform), an olive grove and a bowling alley. Also very suitable for staying with several families or friends because there is a main residence and a guest house.
The tree house, called 'Algarobbo' is an extra accommodation in the garden of the finca, which is suitable for 2 people, with a private bathroom, shower and toilet. You can book this as an 'extra option' on request. With 16 people it is necessary to book this as an 'extra option'.
Close to many amenities such as shops, supermarkets, petrol pumps, banks and pharmacy (5 minutes by car) in the nearby village of Benissa and a short distance from the nearest beach (10 minutes by car). A (rental) car is recommended because taxis are scarce in the area.
It is useful to know that the garden and pool at the finca require weekly maintenance, even when there are guests.
