Finca 'Pie Plano' – a hidden gem on the Costa Blanca
Finca 'Pie Plano' is the ideal destination for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. This beautifully renovated finca has been stylishly decorated by the owners with a lot of love and attention to detail, which creates a warm and luxurious look.
The finca is located in a rural and quiet location, surrounded by nature, and offers breathtaking views over green valleys towards the mountains and the sea, with the impressive Peñón de Ifach rock in the distance.
Around the finca you will find several terraces with comfortable seating areas, an infinity pool with bar and fridge, an attractive gazebo, an olive grove and even a jeu-de-boules court. Thanks to the separate main residence and guest house, this location is perfectly suited for larger groups or several families.
For a unique extra experience, there is the tree house 'Algarobbo' in the garden. This cosy accommodation is suitable for 2 people and has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The tree house can be booked as an extra option and is mandatory for a stay of 16 people.
The finca is a short distance from all amenities. Within a 5-minute drive you can reach the village of Benissa with shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and more. The nearest beach is just a 10 minute drive away. A (rental) car is strongly recommended, as taxis are limited in the area.
Good to know: the garden and swimming pool are maintained weekly, even during stays.
