This lovely newly furnished detached villa is located in a cul-de-sac. It is only a 12-minute walk to the beach Cala Baladrar as well as to the supermarket and restaurants. It is located 4 km from lively Moraira. On the beach you will find a nice beach bar where you can eat and drink very well. It is open from April 1 to the end of October. During the summer months there is live music every evening (except weekends).
The lower floor with living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located on the same level as the swimming pool. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms and 1 bathroom and 2 sun terraces. All rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwashing machine, Nespresso, American refrigerator.
There is Fiber internet available and TV Vlaanderen (Smart TV). The holiday home is located in a cul-de-sac, which ensures tranquility. In the morning you wake up to the chirping birds.
The holiday home is very centrally located. It is located in the middle between Calpe and Moraira. These 2 are very lively places with many restaurants and shops. The village of Benissa is 6 km away, a typical quiet Spanish village. Also nearby is the Jalon Valley with its vineyards and bodegas. So there is something for everyone.
For the winter months we have central heating (radiators) with heat pump. For the in-between seasons, the pool is heated by means of a roller shutter.
