CASA TALAMANCA is an attractive, luxurious (family) villa with a lovely garden where you can enjoy the evening sun until late (in the summer until about 8:30 pm). The stylish villa has been decorated with great care and attention to detail and exudes a Balinese/Ibiza atmosphere. CASA TALAMANCA has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor. The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite and a balcony with views of the mountains and a small piece of sea. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and air conditioning. On this floor is also a luxurious fully equipped kitchen (June 2022), dining room and cozy living room with fireplace. The guest house, with its own entrance, on the ground floor has 1 more bedroom with air conditioning and 1 bathroom. CASA TALAMANCA is located in a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of the nearest supermarket, 750 meters from Cala Baladrar and in the vicinity of the many beautiful restaurants in this area. The cozy Moraira is less than 4 km away.

At the beginning of 2022 we bought this nice villa and a dream came true to be able to enjoy this beautiful area with our family. The basis of CASA TALAMANCA was good, but we decided to make some cosmetic adjustments to the outside, a new kitchen was realized and the bathrooms will be renewed in the autumn. We think it is important that a holiday home is at least as cozy and attractive and must be equipped with all comforts as your own home.
