Explanation of prices

The tenant can cancel the rental contract in writing up to 60 days before the start of the rental period. In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the deposit remains in the possession of the booking agent. In case of cancellation 60 days before the start of the rental period, the tenant must pay the full rental amount to the landlord.
In the event of force majeure, which affects both the accommodation management company and the tenant, including alarm conditions, exceptions and places, pandemics (such as Covid-19), and also all those cases that make it impossible for the accommodation management company to provide the accommodation to which this contract relates has to make available to the tenant for his/her stay during the agreed period, the following procedure applies:
- The booking agent will retain the total amount of the reservation paid by the customer, of which 10% will be used for the management costs of this contract.
- The booking agent will refund the remaining 90% of the rental price to the Customer, who will receive it via bank transfer or credit card refund.
- The Customer may choose to receive a voucher for the full rental price, with a validity of ONE YEAR, starting from the start date of the stay period indicated in this contract, after which the voucher will no longer be valid.
