The Renter can cancel the rental agreement in writing up to 60 days before the start of the rental period. In the event of cancellation by the Tenant, the deposit remains with the Booking Agent. If the cancellation is made within the 60-day period preceding the rental period, the Renter will owe the Lessor the full rental amount.

In case of force majeure affecting both the accommodation manager and the tenant, including alarms, pandemics (such as Covid-19), as well as all cases that make it impossible for the accommodation manager to make the object of this contract available to the tenant, for his stay during the agreed time, will proceed as follows:

- The booking agent will keep the entire reservation paid by the customer, 10% of which will be allocated to the management costs of this contract.
- The booking agent will return to the customer the rest of the rental price, 90%, which the customer will receive by bank transfer or debit card.
- The customer can choose to obtain a Voucher for the entire rental price, the duration of which is ONE YEAR, from the starting date of the period of stay indicated in this contract, after which the Voucher will no longer be valid.
- Within the aforementioned period of one year, the Customer can choose the accommodation and the period of stay from the available accommodation in the chosen period.
- The customer must pay any difference between the amount indicated on the Voucher and the price of the chosen reservation, which will be communicated to him by the accommodation manager.
- The reservation agent will not return the reservation money even if the customer has not used the Voucher.
