Casa Rovila, is a fantastic, detached holiday home with lovely swimming pool, located in the beautiful and well-maintained large garden of 1500 m2. From the house and from the terraces and the garden you have a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea and the 332 meter high rock Ifach of Calpe (10 km).

Casa Rovila is located in Benissa, next to Moraira, halfway between the airports of Alicante and Valencia. In 10 minutes you can walk to the nice beach bar Olala in the bay Baladrar with a small pebble beach and the sea. The house is only a 5 minute walk from a large supermarket (in a small shopping center) with bakery. 

Casa Rovila is simply but neatly furnished and entirely on the ground floor. Atmospheric, bright living room with sitting area, TV (with Dutch channels), air conditioning, a sound box and Dutch reading books. In the adjoining conservatory there is a small sitting area and a large dining table with stunning views of the sea and the garden. The kitchen has a dishwasher, combi oven/microwave, fridge/freezer and Nespresso machine. In the hall, with access to the terrace and swimming pool, there is a separate toilet.

Bedroom 1: a double bed, air conditioning, ceiling ventilation and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2: two single beds, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3: a 1-person bed and a ceiling fan.
(Second) bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. All beds have a length of 2 meters and a good mattress. Duvets are provided. There are mosquito nets in front of all windows.

Also present:
(free of charge) WiFi (not the quality you are used to in the Netherlands because there is no fiber optic in Moraira, for example), washing machine, vacuum cleaner. Parking on private, enclosed property. Central heating (if required, cost: €10.00 per day).

Casa Rovila is 100% enjoyment, that's for sure! We are happy to rent out Casa Rovila, but not to groups or young people without parental supervision.

Nice restaurants and beautiful bays within walking distance. Fantastic walks and bike rides in the area. Really, a holiday at Casa Rovila is pure enjoyment!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Excluding € 300 deposit, cleaning costs and bed linen / towels.
Final cleaning is not included in the price and must be paid on site.
The (mandatory) costs of the final cleaning are € 150.00 per stay.
The (mandatory) costs for bed linen and towels, € 17.50 per person per stay, must also be paid on the spot.
For key collection before 08:00 or after 20:00 there is a surcharge of € 40.00 which must be paid on site.
Occupancy: maximum 5 people. No young people.
A baby bed is available free of charge. (excluding bed linen, must be brought along)
The washing machine can be used (free of charge).
There is free WIFI.
Pets are not allowed.
Other (not indicated) periods are available on request.

Additional information

There is much to discover in the area. Both Calpe and Moraira are quaint harbor towns where you can stroll and visit the weekly market with fruits, vegetables, clothes and jewelry. Everywhere there are nice restaurants and splendid terraces overlooking the sea. Not to mention the picturesque El Portet where you can eat delicious fruits de mer and a nice glass of Spanish vino. Or do you look at one of nature reserves such as Sierra de Bernia (25 km), a paradise for hikers too inexperienced hikers can enjoy themselves. Visit the interior with charming villages such as Xalo. Rather bikes instead of walking? Also, you can! In Moraira you rent a bike or e-bike, then you will explore the beautiful surroundings. For golfers, the 9-hole golf course of Ifach, just 1 km. Various shops (including bakery and grocery store) around the corner from your home.
