The apartment with private entrance, terrace and private garden, completely renovated in 2023, is located in the Sierra of Altea, near Altea la Vella. Here you will find all the necessary services within walking distance, such as supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, restaurants and other leisure facilities such as a golf course and tennis courts. By car you are within 5 minutes at the beach or the promenade of Altea, with 15 minutes you are in Calpe. For those who appreciate a somewhat busier boulevard, Benidorm with its many restaurants and bars is 15 minutes by car. In 5 minutes by car we have access to the motorway and Alicante is only 50 kilometers and Valencia is 100 kilometers. This is also a nice location for golfers, the Altea Golf Club is within walking distance of the apartment. Tucked away in the foothills of the Sierra de Bernia, near the center of Altea la Vella and just 15 minutes from Benidorm and Calpe, is the oldest and most picturesque golf course on the Costa Blanca.It stands out for its impressive views of the mountains and the sea and for the palm trees and jacarandas that abound along the route and its pleasant restaurant and terrace. Altea Club de Golf is a par 72 course where you can play 9 or 18 holes and is a good test for golfers of all levels. Visitors and golf clubs are welcome. When you arrive at the house you will have access to the apartment via a  driveway. When you enter through the front door you enter a spacious hall that provides access to the toilet, a 2-person bedroom and the living room with open kitchen. From the living room you get access to two more 2-person bedrooms, the bathroom with a double washbasin and the walk-in shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a comfortable 2-person box spring. ( 2 of 1.80 x 2.00 and 1 of 1.80 x 2.10 ) The living room has a flat screen TV. In the open kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave you get access to the terrace through French doors with a beautiful view of the garden. In the log cabin next to the terrace are the outdoor shower and a lovely sauna for the cooler evenings. In front of the log cabin is a spacious 6-person jacuzzi to relax with the massage jets. For the BBQ chefs among you, there is a beautiful OFYR BBQ on the terrace where you can fully indulge. If you go to a higher level in the garden via the natural stone staircase , you will come to the swimming pool where you can go for a cooling dip or just to sunbathe on the lovely beach beds where you will experience an absolute holiday feeling. (The swimming pool is accessible from 11.00 am – 6.00 pm)
