The house is located just 900 meters from the coast, in one of the most beautiful and beloved areas of the Costa Blanca: Benissa (Costa), between Calpe and Moraira.
With new windows/frames with built-in mosquito screen/screen, two modern bathrooms and solar panels, you can enjoy comfort and sustainability.
