Combine holiday and work: Our home has excellent home-working facilities such as a screen, fast fiber optic, office chair and Nespresso machine. Several home workers have already gone before you.

From the terrace you look towards the swimming pool and the communal garden. All the amenities you need during a holiday are in the immediate vicinity: sea, beach, golf courses, amusement parks, shops, mountains and nature.

Our house is a terraced house in a row of 4. We have our own parking space near the front door of the house. Through the front door you enter the hall, from which you have access to a toilet, the kitchen and the room.
kitchen
This is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and toaster. There is crockery and cutlery for 12 people. Kitchen towels are also ready. Utility room: this contains the washing machine, a sink, ironing board with iron and cleaning supplies.
Living room
This is comfortably furnished with two spacious 2-seater sofas with coffee table. The wall unit has a flat-screen smart TV with Dutch channels. Streaming to TV from mobile or tablet is easy. You will also find a mini set with DVD player, CD player and radio. There are various games for the children in the cupboard. The dining area consists of an extendable table and 6 chairs. You can add several chairs here, so that you can enjoy a meal with up to 10 people. A high chair is also available.
There is a fast fiber optic connection in the house. Streaming is no problem.

There is air conditioning both downstairs and upstairs with warm or cold air!
Terrace and gardens
From our covered terrace with an extendable garden table with 6 chairs and 2 sun beds, you look towards the swimming pool and garden. It is a shared swimming pool with a shallow children's area, accessible by a lockable staircase from our garden. There is also a sunbathing lawn and showers. In our house there are a few chairs and a parasol, to take to the pool (or to the sea). In front of the terrace is a garden with lawn, a nice place for the sunbeds. You can easily keep an eye on your children from our garden when they are at the pool.
The area around the house is very green with many trees, plants and lawn. Something you don't often encounter to this extent in (holiday) homes on the Spanish Costa.
The terrace is conveniently located all year round. In the summer when the sun is high, the terrace is wonderfully shaded and the garden is in the sun. In spring, autumn and winter, the sun shines wonderfully on the terrace from late morning until sunset. On the terrace you will hardly be bothered by possible wind.
Swimming pool and gardens are well maintained and cleaned.
