Casa Mari is located in a very quiet area in Benissa (La Fustera) between Calpe and Moraira, within walking distance (800m) from the cozy beach with bar Cala Fustera and (600m) from a supermarket. Casa Mari was completely renovated in 2023 and is fully equipped for both summer and winter rentals. 


House and garden.
Detached with a large garden (1100 m2) in a very quiet area, large gate and 2 parking spaces fully walled and a private swimming pool. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, heated outdoor shower and outdoor toilet. The garden is fully planted with citrus fruits, avocado and pomegranate, picking is allowed for your own use.


Bedrooms

 

1 is equipped with a bed of 1:60m by 2:00m a three-door wardrobe, air conditioning, heating and a ceiling fan, mosquito nets.

2 is equipped with a bed of 1:80m by 2:00m a two-door closet, air conditioning, heating and a ceiling fan, mosquito nets.

Bathroom
Shower, sink and toilet, towel warmer and hair dryer. 


Kitchen
This is modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, combi oven, steam oven, induction plate with 2 units, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a dining area that overlooks the orchard.


Living room
The living room has a corner sofa, wood stove, heating, air conditioning and ceiling fan. There is a smart television with chromecast, wifi and Sonos.


Naya
From the living room you come outside under the spacious covered terrace with lighting, dining table and lounge set. 


Storage space
Equipped with washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board and iron. An extra refrigerator and storage cabinet for supplies and cleaning supplies.

Swimming pool
The pool has a size of 8x4 meters rectangular. It is easily accessible by a built-in staircase. It is surrounded by a large terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas.


Sea and beach
Casa Mari is within walking distance (900 meters) of the family beach 'La Fustera' with a nice beach bar.


Facilities
A 7-minute walk away is a small supermarket which is open every day and you can get fresh bread and delicious croissants. In this 'Algi Market' in La Fustera you can get almost everything. For large groceries there are several supermarkets in Calpe, Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi...


Activities
The surroundings of Casa Mari are ideal for walking, cycling, golfing and of course swimming at one of the many different beaches and bays. 

At Cala la Bassetes (1 km) it is possible to practice various water sports, such as paddleboarding, sailing, windsurfing and diving. 

Environment
Calpe is originally an old fishing village, which has grown into a tourist place with high-rise buildings. It is characterized by the Peñon de Ifach and is considered the symbol of the Costa Blanca. 

Moraira is a 15-minute drive away and this is a fashionable seaside resort with many nice restaurants and the cozy beach of El Portet with its authentic beach restaurants.

Altea is an old coastal town that is definitely worth a visit.


Tourism of the Costa Blanca is concentrated along the coast. Just inland you will come across the real Spain, where you hardly encounter tourists and can find cheap restaurants. In the hinterland you will find beautiful mountain ranges and nature reserves. It is not for nothing that this region has been declared the best and healthiest climate in Europe by the World Health Organization .

We are Patrick and Nadine and have been the proud owners of our Casa Mari since 2022. Because we are so overwhelmed by the pleasant life here and our house is too small when the family is present, we have bought a second house in the region and we want to partially rent out Casa Mari.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Discounts are possible for longer periods during low season, depending on the number of people. Do not hesitate to contact us.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
    1. In the event of cancellation by the renter, the following amounts are due:
      1. For all cancellations up to 90 days before the day of arrival: 30% of the rent.
      2. in case of cancellation from the 90th day to the 45th day before the day of arrival: 75% of the rent.
      3. in case of cancellation from the 45th day to the day of arrival or on the day of arrival: 100% of the rent.
    2. The tenant is not entitled to a refund of part of the rent in the event of early departure or late arrival.
  • If it is not possible to travel to Benissa due to official measures (corona), a voucher can be provided to allow the trip to take place within the year. The amount can also be refunded in consultation.


If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
