Our villa

Casa Las Tres Hijas can accommodate up to six people and a baby/toddler. The house combines the charm of an authentic building with modern conveniences. Your four-legged friend is also welcome in consultation. The spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms ensure a relaxing stay.

Outside you can enjoy sunny terraces, a private swimming pool and a beautifully landscaped garden. Located in the quiet neighborhood of Buena Vista, on a sunny hillside, the villa offers a lot of privacy and a relaxing atmosphere.

At the same time, the coast and amenities are within easy reach. The nearby bay Cala Baladrar is a quiet beach, while the coastal road takes you to Moraira with its beautiful marina, shops, restaurants and sandy beach. In the other direction you will find the beaches of Calpe.

Beach & activities
The villa is within walking distance of the family beaches Cala Baladrar (1.5 km) and Cala Advocat (1.7 km). At Cala la Bassettes (5 km) you can go supping, sailing, windsurfing and diving. The area offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, padel/tennis, golf, horseback riding and karting.

  • Calpe (10 min): Originally a fishing village, now a tourist town with the iconic Peñon de Ifach.
  • Moraira (7 min): Fashionable seaside resort without high-rise buildings or mass tourism.
  • Javea: Large sandy beach with many amenities.
  • Denia: Port city with boat connection to the Balearic Islands.
  • Valencia: Beautiful city for a day trip, with the Centro Cultural Philipe as a must.
  • Altea: Old coastal town with authentic charm.
  • Benidorm: Known for high-rise buildings, shops and busy beaches.
  • Alicante: Beautiful coastal city with a beautiful paseo along the harbour.
Just inland you will discover the real Spain, with authentic villages, cheap restaurants and beautiful mountain ranges. The World Health Organisation has declared this region the best and healthiest climate in Europe.

Practical information
A five-minute drive away you will find supermarket Pepe La Sal for all your groceries. Our key manager Paquita will welcome you upon arrival and is the point of contact in case of problems. We are Daniëlla and René, proud parents of three daughters. From Valkenburg we have been running our B&B, Les Trois Filles, since 2011. Spain has conquered our hearts, and after many travels we knew: in Benissa Costa we want a family home. In 2024, that dream became reality with Casa Las Tres Hijas, an attractive house from the 50s. The name is a nod to our daughters. This is our place to make memories and celebrate life – and we invite you to do the same. Welcome!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rent
The rental price is for up to 6 people and includes the costs of normal water and gas consumption, WIFI, Canal+ (Dutch) as well as garden maintenance and pool maintenance. The consumption of electricity is calculated separately on the basis of the actual consumption. 

Payment
When making the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total rental price will be charged, to be paid within 1 week. The remaining amount, together with a deposit of €400, will be paid 6 weeks before arrival. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the arrival date, the full rental price and the security deposit is due at the time of booking. 

Cancellation
In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks of the arrival date, the tenant must pay the full rental price. We recommend taking out travel or cancellation insurance for unforeseen circumstances. 

Arrival and departure

Monday to Friday check-in is between 16.30 and 19.30, we are open for consultation if you want to check in earlier. We ask you to leave the house no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure, we are open to consultation if you would like to stay a little longer. This depends on the next check-in. Check-in on Saturdays in high season (July and August) is only between 4:30 pm and 7:30 pm. The checkout is then no later than 10:00 am. 

Bail:

The deposit, after deduction of energy costs and any costs for repairs of damage to the accommodation caused by the tenant, will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days of departure.

We trust our tenants to handle the holiday home with care. If damage does occur during the stay, the tenants are responsible for this. If the damage is higher than the deposit, we ask you to transfer the remaining amount for the compensation.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

The ´paseo ecológico ´ is a walking route that runs along the coastline of Benissa towards Calpe. It is a beautifully landscaped path, which is accessible all year round. In the warmer months it is also easy to do because the many bushes and trees provide a pleasant shade and therefore cooling. The route has a length of 4 kilometers and can be started in Calpe or in Benissa. It takes about an hour to walk the route from one of the starting points to the end. Because you will probably park the car at one of the two starting points, it will be about 2 hours in total, without catering stops.

Parc Natural del Penyal d'Ifach
The mountain of Calpe, which seems to rise from the Mediterranean Sea, can be seen from afar. The Ifach, as the mountain of Calpe is popularly called, is approximately 325 meters high and gives a beautiful view of Benissa, Moraira, Calpe and Albir on the Costa Blanca.

Sierra de Bernia. This mountain range stretches from west to east for a length of 11 kilometers and is perpendicular to the Mediterranean coast. With an area of 1,900 hectares, divided between the municipalities of Callosa d'En Sarriá, Altea, Calpe, Benissa and Jalón, the Sierra de Bernia offers several hiking trails to enjoy the beautiful nature.

Montgó Natural Park in Javéa.
Located in the Marina Alta region, the Montgó limestone massif is a huge rock massif with a height of 753 meters that extends eastwards from the interior to the Cape of San Antonio itself. With many hiking trails. More information can be obtained at the visitor centre. Think of good shoes and plenty of water because there is little shade.
Club de Golf Ifach
A 9-hole golf course accessible to golfers of all ages and levels. It is the perfect place to play golf and enjoy a pleasant walk at the same time.
Festivals & Events
Moros y Cristianos in Moraira in June (commemorates the reconquest from the Moors) with a medieval market at the castle, parades, spectacles and fireworks.

Fiestas Patronales in Teulada in April: in honor of the patron saints, with religious processions, concerts, running of the bulls and fairground rides;

Feria de Navidad in different cities: Christmas market with stalls full of Christmas gifts, food and drinks.
Discover the charm of Benissa on the Costa Blanca

Between Valencia and Alicante lies the beautiful coastline of the Costa Blanca, full of charming fishing villages and breathtaking nature. Here you can not only enjoy beautiful landscapes, but also a rich Moorish history. One of the oldest and most fascinating places in this area is Benissa.

Benissa: A Historical Jewel

Benissa, located at 275 meters above sea level, is one of the oldest places on the Costa Blanca. The municipality covers an area of 70 km² and has almost 11,000 inhabitants. The village is just 10 kilometres from the coast, close to the Serria de Bernia and surrounded by picturesque vineyards. Benissa has a rich past with historical sites such as the Church of Santa María Magdalena, Benissa Castle and the local museum.

For an extensive shopping adventure, it is best to go to nearby Calpe. In Benissa itself you will find several supermarkets such as MasyMas, Supermercados Consum, Mercadona and Lidl.

Rich history

Benissa's history dates back to prehistoric times, with remains from the Iberian, Roman and Arab civilizations. In the Middle Ages, the city was conquered by Christian kings and walled in to protect against pirates. The traditional economy of Benissa is based on agriculture, with the cultivation of grapes, almonds and the production of olive oil.

Our villa is located in the Buenavista area, which means "beautiful view". This coastal area is located between Moraira and Calpe, near the beaches of Cala Baladrar and Cala Advocat. The location provides quick access to both cities, making it an ideal base.
