We wintered from Jan. 2, 2025 to Feb. 15, 2025. The house has a large kitchen where everything is right and present. The sitting room is not really comfortable and difficult to heat. Bedrooms spacious, more than enough closet space, bathrooms (2) okay, but need to be well ventilated. House and garden safe, dog can't get out.

A lovely house and fully equipped. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, is spacious and has a nice swimming pool. We could relax here and enjoy the sun.

What a great holiday! We enjoyed in Spain,with a lovely stay. Everything was well arranged down to the last detail. The location was top notch and the house with pool was great. Everything was wonderfully clean and we were provided with everything, 10 minutes from a super nice city with a lovely beach and otherwise nice by the pool. Also super nice landlords!

In a word, great. What a lovely house with a great garden and pool. All facilities available. Close to nice seaside resorts. We really enjoyed it so much and can really recommend this house.

Fun things to do like snorkeling, diving, surfing. Nice places (Moirara, Benissa town, Altea). Beautiful walk along coast nearby (Paseo Ecologico). Highly recommended.
