Villa Aloha Amor

Villa "Aloha Amor" is located in Moraira-Teulada and offers guests fantastic unobstructed views of the golden valley and the Mediterranean Sea.

The house has 2 floors. The upper part consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet.
The lower part (guest house) consists of a living room with luxury sofa bed, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchen. And can accommodate 10 people.
PLEASE NOTE: In the Christmas period from 22 - 31 December 2024, the Villa will be offered without the guest house. As a result, a reservation can be made for a maximum of 6 people for this period.

On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), ample workspace/home office options, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in every room on the top and bottom floors, fans, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a selection of children's books and toys. There is also a trampoline, table tennis table (incl. bats and ping-pong balls) and dartboard with arrows available.
In addition, this villa offers a very spacious private outdoor area with a large swimming pool of 5x10 meters (not heated), a garden, several terraces, a barbecue, a games terrace and an outdoor shower. The pool is cleaned twice a week.

The villa is close to the attractive sandy beach (platja de l'ampolla in Moraira) with events, dining options and public transport links a short walk away. Moraira and the surrounding area offer a wide range of activities, beautiful beaches, coves and viewpoints. Additional tourist information can be obtained on site (there is a map on site) or at the Tourist Info Store in Moraira.

There are 3 parking spaces (2 in the Christmas period) available on site and free parking is available in the street.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
The house has a stepless interior.
Bed linen, bath linen, kitchen linen and beach/pool towels are provided.

This villa is managed by property services. A contact person will carry out a weekly check to ensure that your stay is going smoothly.
