Holiday home for 8 people with some sea views, spacious terrace areas and its own private pool. The house was completely rebuilt and modernized in 2023 and is therefore a new house inside. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. All rooms are equipped with new air conditioning systems. In the large living area, a climate-neutral pellet stove ensures a pleasant warmth and cozy atmosphere. There are sun terraces and a beautifully landscaped garden with palm trees around the house.

The Fanadix urbanization is located near the coastal road from Moraira to Calpe. Stroll through the weekly markets in Moraira or Calpe or enjoy a tapaz with a nice glass of wine in the small bay of El Portet or La Fustera. Calpe offers fantastically large sandy beaches, ideal for families with children. Enjoy the fantastic view from the Peñón de Ifach over Calpe to Benidorm on a hiking tour. The many restaurants along the coast offer something for every taste.

Internet connection offers 300Mb. There is a climate-neutral pellet stove for the winter. It ensures pleasant warmth and a cozy atmosphere in the cooler season. On warm days, the air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures

There are two single beds here, each measuring 200cm x 80cm. The room has double patio doors facing west with direct access to the terrace and has air conditioning.

There is a double bed here measuring 200cm x 160cm. The room has south-facing double patio doors with direct access to the terrace and has air conditioning.

There are two single beds here, each measuring 200cm x 80cm. The room has double patio doors facing east with direct access to the terrace and has air conditioning.
Bedroom 4
This room is located in the "tower" and is accessible via a spiral staircase. Two large patio doors lead to the balcony and you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Peñón de Ifach in Calpe. There is a double bed here measuring 200cm x 160cm. There is also a small desk with an office chair here so you can use the option of a home office.

A new children's bed is available with a mattress, blanket, pillow and bed linen. This can be optionally booked when booking.
Bathrooms 1-4
Each bathroom has a vanity unit, 1 large shower and a toilet and can be kept warm on cold days using the existing flat radiator.
Open kitchen
A Bora hob with an integrated extractor hood is built into the kitchen island. The oven can be used as a grill, microwave or oven. A dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer combination are also available. The worktop is made of stone.
Covered outdoor kitchen
A staircase from the upper terrace leads to the lower area of the garden. There is an outdoor kitchen here. A grill invites you to enjoy a delicious barbecue on the warm evenings.
