From here, steps lead down to the inviting pool terrace, where you can relax by your private pool, sunbathe on comfortable sun loungers, enjoy the Mediterranean garden and enjoy a delicious barbecue. The main house offers a glazed terrace with breathtaking sea views, a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped, new, open kitchen, and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms share a new, modern bathroom.
Separate Apartment
Stairs from the pool terrace lead up to a cosy separate apartment. This apartment has a living-dining room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a high-quality fold-out bed for 2 people, a bedroom with 2 x single bed and a bathroom. The washing machine and dryer are located in a practical outdoor area at pool level.

- Cleaning of the pool and maintenance of the garden takes place once or twice a week. For this maintenance, the outdoor area of the building is entered unannounced.
- Please take all waste to the large containers along the main roads every day. If waste is left behind on departure, we may charge a fee for its removal.
