Casa Campo Verde is a beautiful, authentic Spanish villa, suitable for 2-4 people. This holiday home is located in Benissa, in the beautiful area of Buena Vista, between the coastal towns of Moraira and Calpe.
The two main airports nearby are Valencia and Alicante, both about an hour's drive away. The sea with bays, restaurants, supermarkets and shops are nearby.
The holiday home is self-contained with a lockable gate so that security and privacy are present. The property has two levels, the ground floor is available for rent. When renting out, the upper floor is not inhabited, so there is complete privacy.
With 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with living area, a very spacious outdoor terrace and large private pool, this villa is very suitable for 4 people.
The naja (covered terrace) has a 6-person dining table followed by an outdoor terrace with lounge sofa/chairs and a large gas barbecue. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding hilly surroundings and partly a view of the sea. Totally suitable for a wine & dine during sultry evenings. The slightly lower terrace has a recently renovated large swimming pool (10 x 5 meters) with lighting, sunbeds and an outdoor shower, all to yourself! The garden with large palm trees, a citrus tree and other botanical plants complete the picture.
You enter Casa Campo Verde through a Spanish wrought iron gate in a classic Mediterranean stone wall. A staircase leads you to the house with the inviting spaces:
Outdoor space:
The first area you encounter is the outdoor area. To the right is a large open terrace with a generous swimming pool. A small staircase leads up to a slightly raised sun terrace with sun loungers and views of the pool and house. Around the pool there is plenty of space for sunbathing and for those seeking shade there are three large parasols available. The pool also features a comfortable outdoor shower.
Sun terrace and covered area:
From the sun terrace another small staircase leads to a higher level. On the left there is a cozy lounge area and a large gas barbecue. To the right you will find the covered terrace, which serves as a dining area with a large table and comfortable chairs. On this covered terrace is also the washing machine for your convenience.
Interior living space:
The living room, accessed via the covered terrace, has an open plan design that combines the living room and kitchen. The interior is light and airy, decorated in soothing sand tones. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and television, and a bar with two wooden stools connects the space to the kitchen.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, combi oven/microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and kettle. All the necessary kitchen utensils and crockery are provided for enjoyable meals. The living space has its own air conditioning unit, which guarantees comfort all year round.
Sleeping area:
On the left side of the kitchen is the sleeping area. The master bedroom opens onto the covered terrace and comes with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms have wardrobes, blackout curtains and/or shutters and individual air conditioning. Between the bedrooms is a shared bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Terraces and garden:
From the front terraces, stairs lead up on either side of the house to the upper floor, where you can walk around the entire house. The beautifully landscaped garden adds to the Spanish atmosphere. To the left of the house, steps lead up to a pergola with a comfortable seating area. This shaded area is perfect for relaxing while enjoying a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.
