This beautiful villa is located in a cul-de-sac and completely private, not overlooked by neighbors.
The villa consists of 2 floors, the upper part is the main house and consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen with all appliances  and lounge with dining area, TV with TV Flanders. There is also a covered outdoor terrace where you can have breakfast with a beautiful view.

The ground floor on the same level as the swimming pool, which can be heated if desired, consists of 2 bedrooms, one of which also has a dining area, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Next to the pool is also an outdoor kitchen with a cozy bar.
There is also private parking for 2 cars inside the enclosure.
The house also has a cozy garden with beautiful plants, fruit trees and palm trees and several terraces to enjoy the tranquility and a bbq area.
The house is completely private and the pool is absolutely not overlooked by neighbors.
The main house for max 6 people can also be rented separately, the rental price for this part is the price minus 20%.
