Casa González can be rented for a minimum period of 7 nights.

The basic price is based on 2 people. The surcharge for an extra person is € 25.00 per stay.
The prices do not include the mandatory final cleaning of € 100.
The beds are made for you and fresh towels and beach towels are provided for you.
The deposit is € 350. This will be refunded within 8 days of return if the property is left without damage and with full inventory.
Payment Terms:
After making the reservation: deposit of 40%.
Six weeks before departure: other 60% + the deposit of € 350.
The prices do not include the final cleaning of € 80.
The prices include water, electricity (15 Kwh per day). Additional consumption is deducted from the deposit of € 0.40 per Kwh.
Cancellation Policy:
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
