Our beautiful apartment, located directly on the sea, has recently been completely renovated and is fully furnished and can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and possibly 1 baby/toddler (camping bed available).
The apartment is located on the third floor and can be reached by two internal elevators from the lobby or the private parking garage.
From the living room you look directly at the Mediterranean Sea and through the large sliding doors to the terrace you can easily create an outdoor feeling inside.
On the terrace, which is located towards the south, you can enjoy the evening sun until late, even in winter.
The spacious open kitchen is fully equipped; from coffee maker with cups, oven and separate microwave to dishwasher and automatic citrus press.
The bedroom has a spacious double bed (180x200) with separate sheets/duvets and a built-in wardrobe.
Naturally, the apartment has air conditioning (hot & cold), (inter)national TV and Netflix and there is good WiFi available everywhere via fiber optic internet.
Within 30 seconds you will have your feet on the beach and in the sea. There is also a large community swimming pool.
There is a spacious permanent private parking space under the apartment complex in the parking basement, which can be used free of charge.
You will find a pharmacy and bicycle rental 50 meters from the apartment, a supermarket 100 meters away and more than 10 cafes and restaurants within 500 meters.
A 5-minute walk away you will find tram/metro line 9, which runs from Benidorm to Denia.
The old center of Altea and the new boulevard are also accessible on foot.
