This beautiful villa with private pool is located in the quiet residence "Villas de la Vega Style II" in the lovely Spanish village of Benijofar. Even though there is more construction going on in the village, you will not be bothered by this in and around this villa. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is suitable for 6 people. In addition, there are 2 camping beds for children (up to 15KG) and a duo stroller that can be used for both 2 children and 1 child (can be used at no extra cost).

Sit back and relax while you enjoy the lovely swimming pool with your family. Drink a good glass of wine at the perfect temperature from the wine refrigerator in the house. If you love eating out or going out for lunch, there are some good restaurants within walking distance. If you would like to go to the beach, the beach is a fifteen-minute drive away by car. You can then go to Torrevieja or to the beautiful beaches at Guardamar.

This villa is a wonderful base for a wonderful holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
