Our modern corner apartment is newly built in 2022 and features modern décor with comfortable beds. The apartment is 70m2 with a spacious garden of 80m2.
*Garden has sunbeds, lounge set and dining table and a beautiful sunset :)
*Bedroom 1 has a comfortable Auping box spring of 180 x 210.
*Bedroom 2 has 2 comfortable single beds of 90 x 200.
*Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
*2 bathrooms with (rain) shower, sink and toilet.
*Bed linen, towels, bath mat and kitchen linen are provided.
*Living room with large sofa, smart TV and dining table with chairs.
*Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob and large fridge and freezer. Toaster, coffee machine, kettle and milk frother.

*Properly working Wi-Fi

Our apartment is quietly located on the ground floor in a cozy Spanish village, San Miguel de Salinas, within walking distance of the bakery and several restaurants. The supermarket is around the corner, ideal. Every Wednesday there is a cozy large market. Well worth a visit.
Our apartment is a 10 to 15 minute drive to several beaches and shopping centers.

We are a family of 4 and we love to travel, especially to Spain. We love the Costa Blanca because the sun almost always shines there. Since 2022 we have a new build apartment in San Miguel de Salinas with all the comforts of home. We regularly go to our apartment ourselves to enjoy the sun, sea, beach and swimming pool, walk through nature, go to the market in the cozy Spanish village, enjoy the many Spanish restaurants in the area and shop in La Zenia.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period: deposit
cancellation less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Electricity consumption
80 kWh of electricity per week is included in the rent. (Based on an average consumption of 4 people of 80 kwh per week.)
If more than 80 kWh per week is consumed, this will be deducted from the deposit paid. The costs of additional consumption are 0.50 euros per kWh.
