Casa Guilia, named after our 2 children, Guillaume and Marie-Julie, for rent in Altea La Vella.

An oasis of peace, located in the green and yet very close to everything.
After you drive up the private lane you arrive at the house.
There is room to park about 4 cars. There is also a garage available for storing bicycles, for example. This garage can be closed.

Casa Guilia has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. The living room and kitchen also have air conditioning. From the living room and the bedrooms you have a great view of the sea.
TV Flanders and WiFi are available and free.

Our private swimming pool is completely south-facing. There are several terraces where you can always cool off. A barbecue is also at your disposal. All bed and bath linen is provided. Beds are made when you arrive.

Washing machine and dryer available. There is a view of the sea from the front of the house and the rear overlooks the Bernia Mountains. And for the golf enthusiast, you only have to cross the street and you are at Golf Don Cayo.

The town of Altea La Vella can also be reached on foot. Here you will find a bakery, butcher, supermarket and numerous restaurants. The beach is reachable within a 5-minute drive. Altea is so attractive to us because you will not find mass tourism and high-rise buildings as is the case in Calpe, Benidorm,...
You can still enjoy your peace and quiet here!

We do not allow pets and smoking is not allowed inside the house. Both Valencia and Alicante are about an hour's drive away. This is also a beautiful, extensive area for walking. Various walking routes have been mapped out. From Denia you can take the boat to Ibiza. You will be here after 2 hours of sailing. It is wonderful to visit Formentera.

We have a Dutch-speaking lady on site who will welcome you, hand over the keys upon arrival and is at your disposal for any questions during your stay.
