Casa Guilia, named after our 2 children, Guillaume and Marie-Julie, for rent in Altea La Vella.

An oasis of peace, located in the green and yet very close to everything.
After you drive up the private lane you arrive at the house. 
There is room to park 4 cars.  There is also a garage available for placing bicycles, for example.  This garage can be locked.

Casa Guilia has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all equipped with air conditioning.  The living room and kitchen are also equipped with air conditioning.  From the living room and the bedrooms you have a super view of the sea.
TV-Vlaanderen and wifi are available and free.
Central heating is available in all rooms.

Our private swimming pool is located all the way to the south.  There are several terraces where you can always cool off.  A barbecue is also at your disposal. All bed and bath linen is provided.  Beds are made when you arrive.

Washing machine and dryer available. At the front of the house there is a sea view and the rear overlooks the Bernia Mountains. And for the golf enthusiast, you only have to cross the street and you are at Golf Don Cayo.

The town of Altea La Vella can also be reached on foot.  Here you will find a bakery, butcher, supermarket and numerous restaurants. The beach is a 5-minute drive away. Altea is so attractive to us because you will not find mass tourism and high-rise buildings as is the case in Calpe, Benidorm,...  
You can still enjoy your peace and quiet here!

We do not allow pets and smoking is not allowed inside the house. Both Valencia and Alicante are about an hour's drive away. This is also a beautiful vast area for walking.  There are several hiking trails mapped out. From Denia you can take the boat to Ibiza.  Here you are after 2 hours of sailing.  It is then wonderful to visit Formentera.

On site we have an English-speaking lady who will welcome you, hand over the keys on arrival and is at your disposal for any questions you may have during your stay.
