The complex includes a communal swimming pool of 25 by 8 meters. The pool slopes down making it suitable for children and is accessible all year round. The pool is cleaned daily. On both sides of the apartment there are (pebble) beaches with swimming, sub and snorkeling opportunities.
The port is a 5-minute walk away and offers several restaurants, jet ski rental and the possibility to get fresh bread. There is regular live music on weekends.
In the area there are plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, climbing and golfing. There are also plenty of nice villages (Altea, Calpe, Albir) and it is possible to make cultural trips. Or go to Valencia or Alicante for a day.
The apartment is ideally suited for couples and families. A car is necessary. The complex is located in a quiet area, but a short (driving) distance from shops, the promenade of Calpe or the picturesque center of Altea.
Smoking, pets and parties are not allowed. Long term rental (in the winter months) is possible.
