Beautiful, large apartment in the heart of the city center. A few meters from the Rambla, the central market and walking distance to the beach (10min). Around the corner you will find restaurants, cozy bars, numerous shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. Right in the entertainment center of Alicante.
The apartment has free internet (Wi-Fi), smart TV and air conditioning. It also has a private balcony.

It is important to know that the building has no elevator and the apartment is on the fourth floor.

The price always includes bed linen and towels (any beach towels must be brought along).

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
