We stay in this house for about 7 months as we are retired. So the house is rented out in the periods that we are not there and so the house is very comfortable and homely.
We like to share this place with others.
South/west facing so morning sun until evening but enough awnings and parasols to create shade.
The combination with greenery and the sea is the ultimate for us as we get peace when we want it.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

 (December and January only rental for 4 people, one bedroom is closed)

The kitchen is furnished with a fridge-freezer combination, has a microwave with hot-air and grill function. You can cook on a 4-place induction hob. There are of course enough pans, plates, cutlery, cups and saucers, and glassware. There is a kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher.
The living room with open kitchen is 24 m2. There is an excellent leather couch and a 4-person dining table with chairs. There is satellite TV and of course wifi. All rooms have air conditioning and heating.

The swimming pool is 8 by 4 meters in size and has a shower with hot and cold water. The deepest point is 1.60 meters deep. The water tastes a bit salty because salt is used for disinfection. The pool is wonderfully sheltered.

It is wonderful to walk in the ports of Dénia. From here you have a nice view of the many nice restaurants and the castle ruins in the evening.
Between Pedreguer and Dénia, just visible from our terrace, lies the beautifully landscaped 18-hole golf course “La Sella”.
