The prices include use of bath and bed linen (1 large and 1 cl towel/pers)
check-in between 4 and 8 pm / check-out before 10 am (unless agreed otherwise at check-in with keyholder)
An advance of 25% of the rent must be paid upon reservation.
A security deposit of 300€ is payable by bank transfer together with final balance 4 weeks before your arrival.
This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out if there is no damage.
Electricity costs are deducted from the deposit at €0.5/kwh
Cancellation conditions:

Tip: take out cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances

If you cancel up to 4 weeks before your arrival, only the paid advance remains due.
In case of cancellation between 4 weeks and 14 days before your arrival, 50% of the total amount is due.
From 14 days before your arrival until 1 week before arrival, 75% of the travel sum is due. In case of cancellation within the week before your arrival date or in case of no-show, the full amount is due (with the exception of cleaning costs)
