Villa12 has two double bedrooms and a third bedroom in the mezzanine loft with a queen-size bed. The villa has a cozy lounge area with new silent air conditioners, heating, fireplace and a modern kitchen. From the house you step onto the cozy veranda with a view over the garden with an attractive terrace around the private pool. For all comfort, a luxurious outdoor shower with sanitary facilities is provided by the pool. On the terrace by the outdoor fireplace you can prepare your favorite pizza or other dishes, or else cozy together around the Go-Fire barbecue.
Less than half an hour away are the extensive beaches, picturesque bays and picturesque villages with their ports on the Costa Blanca. A wonderful climate all year round and the many restaurants contribute to this ultimate destination.
