A beautiful Spanish style villa perfectly located on the sun drenched Costa Blanca (Ciudad Quesada, Rojales). This is the ideal place to spend the winter in Spain or enjoy a well-deserved holiday. With 3 bedrooms (all with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms and a private swimming pool, it is ideally suited for couples or groups of up to 6 people.

Life in this region mainly takes place outside and Casa Magnolia is completely attuned to that. The house has a plot area of 500 m2, veranda, and recently installed covered outdoor kitchen that is spacious enough to enjoy lounging. The tiled terrace, swimming pool and outdoor kitchen are located on the south and therefore catch a lot of sun.

The plot is further decorated with palm trees and other vegetation that, in addition to privacy, also offer a beautiful view. The upper floor has access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the surroundings (including the salt lakes).

The beach of Guardamar del Segura with a nice boulevard and nice restaurants is only 7 kilometers away. Casa Magnolia is also perfect for the avid golfer. The beautiful courses of Golf Club La Marquesa will not disappoint and are only a stone's throw away.

We (Anke, Peter, Thomas & Mathijs) have been coming to the region for more than 5 years and every year we enjoy it again. Sun, sea, good food and beautiful memories. Since February 2022 we have become the proud owner of this beautiful villa. We hope you will enjoy it just as much!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Explanation Arrival & Departure Day

In the period from July 1 to September 30, the villa is rented at fixed intervals of 7 consecutive nights; with Saturday as the arrival and departure day, unless otherwise agreed.
In the period from 1 October to 30 June, the tenant is free to choose an arrival and departure day. However, the villa is only rented for periods of at least 7 consecutive nights.

Explanation of the deposit

The tenant is expected to pay a deposit of 25% within 1 week after making the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid at the latest 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.

Explanation of cancellation policy:

In case of cancellation, the tenant owes the following cancellation costs:

15% of the rental price in case of cancellation more than 3 months before the start date of the rental period;
50% of the rental price in case of cancellation more than 2 months but no longer than 3 months before the start date of the rental period;
70% of the rental price in case of cancellation more than 1 month but no longer than 2 months before the start date of the rental period;
90% of the rental price in case of cancellation from 1 day but no longer than 1 month before the start date of the rental period;
100% of the rental price in case of cancellation on the start date of the rental period.
