The luxury apartment is situated within a beautiful complex, that contains a huge swimming pool, separate childrens swimming pool, coffeebar and sports facilities like tenniscourts and a gym. Furthermore the apartment has his own private garage underneath the tenniscourts!
The lounge area is accessible from the master bedroom, which also has a sliding door.
IThe ample living room has a 4persons couch with lounge bed, diningtable for 6 people, Wifi, TV with channels from most countries, ventilator and huge sliding doors that connect the interior with the exterior.
In addition, there is a very large fixed wardrobe with 2 mirror doors. There are drawers, a hanging and a laying area, so you have ample space for your clothes and shoes.

The living room has French doors to the hall.
The living room has a sliding door across the entire width that can be slid open completely, so that one inside and outside becomes one.
The terrace is very spacious and has a dining table for 6 people, two daybeds and two large awnings.
There is a lot of space on the terrace ... the sunbeds can also be folded flat and used as a large extra sofa, the second lounger can then be a table where you can put down your tapas and Sangria.
In addition, there is an attractive lounge corner.

When it gets dark in the evening it is lovely on the terrace. You have beautiful views over the bay of El Campello.
The terrace is large, almost 8 meters long ... One half is almost 4 meters deep, the other half, on the side of the master bedroom, is 2.5 meters deep.
And it is the time for a nightcap on the lounge sofa, after which you enter the master bedroom
There you will find a romantic fireplace.
In the morning you can walk from your bed onto the terrace to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or tea.
The master bedroom is luxurious in design and has a nice double bed of 160x200.
The comfortable bed is of excellent quality and also has storage space. If you push it up, there is ample space for, for example, the patio cushions or the suitcases.
From your bed you can hear the murmur of the waves and see the deep blue sea and the beautiful palm trees.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Here is a spacious walk-in shower, heating, toilet and bidet and a washbasin combination with spacious furniture. Towels are provided.
The 2nd bedroom is on the other side of the apartment. Here, too, you have the luxury double bed, 160x200. There is also a spacious storage cupboard with a safe. There are fly screens and shutters for shade and privacy.
This room is also very attractive and has air conditioning and a fan. Also under this quality bed you will find ample storage space for suitcases or extra clothing.
The whole apartment is decorated in a nautical style, given its location by the sea.
The 3rd bedroom is furnished as a children's room and has a trundle bed of 90x200. 2 children can sleep here. Furthermore, a baby / toddler bed can be added in the nursery or master bedroom on request.
Just like the other 2 bedrooms, this cozy children's room has mosquito screens, shutters for privacy, ceiling fan and air conditioning.
In addition, there is a play table and 2 chairs, which can also be very easily placed in the living room or on the terrace.

The second bathroom is located opposite the 2nd master bedroom and the children's room. In this bathroom you have access to a bath with a shower, a toilet, heating and a bathroom cabinet.
Finally, there is a very spacious kitchen, with new gas stove on city gas, silence dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave, all from Bosch and Siemens.
The kitchen has a natural stone counter top and a complete inventory.
Finally, there is a natural stone bar with coffee corner and stools. Directly to the kitchen is a utility room, with the geyser, the washer dryer, beach chairs and storage space for, for example, cleaning products and iron.
Next to the kitchen you have a small utility room, with a washing / drying machine, ironing board, beach chairs and a pantry. Here is also the geyser (city gas).
The apartment is directly on the beach.
But the most beautiful thing about this apartment is the direct location on the beach, with fantastic views over the sea, the gardens of the complex and the boulevard of el Campello.
The coastline is jagged, varied and never boring. There is always something to see.
If it is clear you can look up to Benidorm.

The beach is sandy, wide and available to everyone! There are also several piers, from where you can beautifully view the boulevard and fish or catch crabs.

The complex includes beautifully landscaped gardens, with mature palm groups, olive trees, seating areas, a BBQ and a cafe for tenants and owners only.
You can walk straight onto the beach at the end of the garden. Here are places for beach volleyball, children's playgrounds and beach clubs or chiringuitos. The beach is wide and aimed at both young and older people.

In the evening the gardens are attractively lit.
Of course, the complex has a very spacious swimming pool with palm island. In addition, there is a private swimming pool for the little ones, with playground equipment. Finally, the complex has tennis courts, mini golf, gym and this apartment has its own garage. So no parking problems.
It is good to stay here. You have a nice view over the gardens and the two swimming pools.
The main pool is large and set beautifully in the gardens.
From above you can clearly see how big the pool is and how close it is to the Rio Seco (dry river).
This is the children's pool that is separate from the main pool. Here are also various playground equipment for the little ones. You can easily monitor their activities from the cafeteria terrace.
