The holiday home has two spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. This cottage sleeps 4 people. The house has 2 terraces, 1 in the front and 1 in the back. One terrace with sea view to the South (also ideal in winter). The communal swimming pool is located 20 meters from the house and is always very quiet even in summer.

The urbanization has 4 swimming pools, each with a children's pool, and some playgrounds, a basketball court with barbecue area.
Not far from Altea (10 min), Albir (15 min), Benidorm (15 min), Calpe (30 min), Denia (40 min), Javea (50 min), Benissa and Moraira (40 min) with their beautiful sandy and pebble beaches and many restaurants and shops. Altea with its beautiful church and cozy narrow streets in the old town.
Beautiful view from the terrace on the sea and the mountains. From the house you can make beautiful walks and bike rides. Many well-known cycling teams have their winter training camp here. A day trip to Alicante or Valencia is worthwhile!

All modern comforts are provided (TV with hundreds of channels per country, internet, free wifi,...).
Polop is a beautiful mountain village. Not far away is Guadelest and Les Fonts d'Algar.
The amusement park, water park and zoo of Benidorm are nearby (15 min).
The cottage is also rented per month in the winter months.

In accordance with the legislation, the period for tourist rentals in the Comunidad Valencia is limited to 10 nights.
Stays of more than 10 nights are considered seasonal rentals according to Legislative Decree 9/2024 of the Comunidad Valencia. A seasonal rental contract will be drawn up.
