Always experience a pleasant breeze and wonderfully low humidity in this unique location. Outside you will find a spacious area with several terraces and a private swimming pool (not 100% private / little overlooked).
From the rooftop terrace, you can even admire eight white mountain villages, including Iznate, Benamocarra, Viñuela, Comares, Los Romanes, Periana, and Canillas de Aceituno.Also enjoy panoramic views of the majestic "Maroma", the highest mountain in the area.
Although the last 900 meters of the road to the house can be adventurous for some, it is fully paved. The road is used exclusively by the residents of the other three houses on this mountain.
Daily shopping can be done at the Mercado Municipal in Velez-Malaga, the weekly market in Velez-Malaga or Torre del Mar (on Thursdays). In addition, there are several supermarkets in the nearby towns and the large shopping center El Ingenio in Torre del Mar (only a 15-minute drive away). Here you can also enjoy shopping at well-known brands such as Zara, Mango, H&M and enjoy a cinema experience.

Because we had guests in the past who have problems with nature , we would like to point out that there may be wasps in the area that also come to drink from the pool. We always check our site for nests, but this is no guarantee for a wasp-free holiday.
Nb. Our house is not really suitable for families with (small) children and babies!
