We hope you will fully enjoy the peace, the sun, the view, nature and of course the delicious food in our beautiful region. Perfectly located between Vélez-Málaga and Arenas is our beautiful villa Casa La Fuente. You can drive from the highway at Torre del Mar in 10 minutes via a good road to the top where you will find our beautiful house. Whether you want to relax by the pool, cook extensively in our kitchen or discover the region: we hope you will experience the house as a nice base. About the villa:3 bedrooms:
3 stylishly furnished bedrooms with plenty of storage space for your belongings. All 3 bedrooms have new air conditioners, as well as the living room/kitchen and the conservatory are equipped with air conditioners. 2 bathrooms: 2 bathrooms both equipped with shower and toilet.

Residential conservatory with sea views
A new residential conservatory with sea views. Here you have breakfast but also end your day with a game and the setting sun. Bathroom & laundry room:
Towels, pool towels and bed linen are included. Toilet paper for the first days is ready, detergent, new washing machine and a clothesline in the garden.
Large swimming pool: A large, two-metre deep swimming pool. With sea views, new sunbeds and lovely relax chairs. Someone a drink perhaps?

Several outdoor seating areas. Sunbathe by the pool or with the whole group on the family sofa. In our beautiful garden there are several places to enjoy the sun, but also the view. There are comfortable cushions ready for the sofas and outdoor chairs – feel right at home! Ample parking: Behind the gate you will find space for 3-4 cars. Fast internet: With our own satellite connection we have super fast internet. And with an extra connection you have good wifi throughout our site. And because of our good location, there is also 5G. AIR CONDITIONING IN EVERY ROOM: Every room in the house has its own air conditioning. Both all bedrooms and all living spaces. In the summer nice for a fresh room, in the winter to experience just a little extra warmth in the evening. And in the living room there is a wood stove. KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, double sink and of course crockery and a full pan set. Supermarkets and shopping center are a 10-minute drive away. Boulevard with beach and shopping street at 10-15 minutes. Malaga airport is best flown into, this is a 45-minute drive to the villa. Hey! We are Jacob & Myrthe, in love with each other and with Andalusia. After a year of searching, we found our dream home on the Costa del Sol. We have almost completely renovated this house, built in the early 2000s. The region offers everything: (almost) always sun, sea, mountains, good food and plenty of relaxation. Jacob likes to cycle, together we walk in the mountains and end the day on one of the relaxed beaches between Málaga and Nerja – a region that still feels really Spanish.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
