Casa Valle Niza

Casa Valle Niza is located in a beautiful and quiet private urbanization on the coast of Almayate Bajo (near Torre del Mar). The typical Andalusian homes
are carefully distributed throughout the urbanization and each has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, Almayate beach and the mountains. The urbanisation has a large communal swimming pool with plenty of space for sunbathing all around. The pool is fully fenced for children. In addition, you can enjoy the common areas of our neighbor urbanization including a gym and paddle court and a children's pool and playground for the little ones.

Casa Valle Niza has on the ground floor a spacious and bright living room with dining room and sofa bed and a modern kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher
and washing machine.
Air conditioning, television and wifi are available.
There is also a separate toilet.

Outside there is a breakfast terrace on one side of the house. On the other side you have your own parking space.

On the first floor are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master suite (queen size bed 160 x 200) has a private balcony and an ensuite
bathroom with bath and shower.
The other 2 bedrooms (1 with queen size bed 160 x 200 and the other with 2 single beds) share the second bathroom with shower.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

On the upper floor there is a spacious roof terrace/solarium with beautiful views of the sea and mountains and a BBQ area. A wonderful place to spend the evening
enjoy your day.

Casa Valle Niza is an idyllic spot just 500 meters from Almayate Beach. This is one of the longest unspoilt beaches in the Mediterranean where you can still enjoy the sun, sea and sand in peace. Here you can completely relax and enjoy a carefree Andalusian holiday.
