Beautifully situated attractive finca with spectacular views of the mountains. The finca is accessible via a good road.
The garden is 4000 m2 in size so everyone can enjoy their own private spot. The house offers a spacious modern kitchen with dishwasher, 2 ovens, microwave and electric hobs. There's also smart TV, so you can stream your favorite shows or Netflix from your phone. The finca has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor, the other on the 1st floor. The bedroom on the 1st floor has its own balcony with views. The other bedroom has its own private patio with bathroom en suite, the third is directly adjacent to the garden.
Due to the layout of the house, everyone has sufficient privacy and their own terrace.
The bedrooms all have patio doors to the outside & fans. Close the shutters of the windows and doors in the summer and it stays nice and cool in the house because of the thick walls. There is also air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the kitchen/conservatory, both for heating and cooling.
The 2 bathrooms both have a large walk-in shower, sinks and toilet. The conservatory/living room has large windows and therefore a phenomenal view of the mountains.
Directly adjacent to the house is a large terrace with a spacious dining table and 2 lounge sofas.
The swimming pool (open from 15 May - 1 October) is located a bit lower in the garden, so peace and quiet is guaranteed on the terrace. There is complete privacy at the pool, it is surrounded by olive trees and there are lovely sunbeds.
Due to the large height differences on the site, the finca is less suitable for people with walking difficulties.
