Villa las Adelfasis undeniably: 'A house with a view'!
The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a very large double bedroom on the ground floor and a bathroom with shower. Then there is a large double bedroom upstairs and a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a large comfortable living room with access to the two terraces with beautiful views. The kitchen overlooks the entrance and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas stove, gas oven, microwave and all cooking utensils. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine.
There is FREE WIFI, SMART TV , NETFLIX,AMAZON... The large bay windows in the dining room overlook the pool and barbecue area on the other side.
There is a gas barbecue.
There is air conditioning on a pay-as-you-go basis.
There is plenty of space for parking.
The pool can be heated on request and is surrounded by beautiful terraces and colorful gardens. There is a gas barbecue and enough space to eat outside with your group on one of the beautiful terraces.
Please note that the target audience of our villas are families and friends who want to spend a wonderful and comfortable holiday together and are therefore not suitable for noisy holidays. The decoration and the quiet environment do not lend themselves to it.
The villa is located less than 5 minutes from the village of Benamergosa where you will find all amenities, bars, restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, bakery, laundry, pharmacy, health center which is open 24 hours a day also for emergencies and you are only 15 minutes away from Velez Málaga
The award-winning beach of Torre del Mar is about a 15-minute drive from the house. You will find many "chiringuitos" (beach restaurants) where you can taste fresh fish that comes directly from the nearby fishing port of Caleta de Velez.
Velez Malaga, located next to Torre del Mar, has a large shopping center and you will find a wide range of supermarkets. Malaga, pearl of gastronomy and culture, is only an hour's drive away. Visit one of the many museums, watch a real flamenco show or 'shop till you drop' on the famous Calle Larios. Malaga really has something for everyone and every visitor will immediately fall in love with this cozy, cozy and beautiful city.
Villa Las Adelfas is also perfectly located to visit other parts of Andalusia. Ronda, Granada (Alhambra), Cordoba (Mezquita) or the famous Caminito del Rey are all easily accessible in a day.

Air conditioning costs: €30 per week are included in your rate, after which you pay for what you use. The average cost is €1 for 1 hour, depending on the temperature setting. Please note that air conditioning is only available in all rooms.
