The spacious patio is a unique place to eat 'al fresco'.
And after dinner, a nap in the sun.
There is a full summer kitchen in the patio. Cooker, BBQ, oven, refrigerator, freezer, large gas paella pan, sink and all possible kitchen utensils make it perfectly possible to cook outside if you wish.
On cooler evenings the patio can be closed off.
You can then make it cozy with the wood stove. There is TV and WIFI in the patio.
You can set up the salon any way you want, there is plenty of room.

The swimming pool area with spacious seating areas, a separate toilet and beautiful views is located between the patio and the villa.
Space, light and views are what we had in mind when we built our dream.
We have also opted for a lot of light and space inside.
The living room has several large patio doors to the terrace.
The open kitchen has everything you need to enjoy cooking in good company.
The cozy lounge has a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. There is smart TV and of course WIFI everywhere (including the patio).
Imagine having breakfast here... there are worse ways to start your day, don't you think?
All windows in the house have shutters.
Through the hall and the living room you have access to all bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and also to the communal bathroom.
The view over the valley extends to the Mediterranean Sea.

You can also enjoy a wonderful night's sleep in the other double bedroom. Villa Monmar is located in a quiet area.
Each bedroom has large built-in wardrobes, so... just pack.
'A room with a view'
This is the second bathroom, also with a nice large walk-in shower, and not to forget, there is also a separate toilet with sink next to the pool.
The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds. The eternal question remains: Who's at the bottom and who's at the top?
The room for 4 people is really spacious and comfortable.
And as you can see, also a beautiful view.

And how about a visit to the unforgettable Malaga, the jewel in the crown of the Costa del Sol. Culture, gastronomy or 'shop till you drop'. For each his own.
All the tourist highlights of Andalusia, such as the world famous Caminito del Rey, are just a day trip from Villa Monmar.
