Villa las Flores is located at a 20 to 25 minute walk from the white Andalusian mountain village of Cómpeta, a 25-minute drive from the coast and an hour from Malaga.
The beautiful surroundings are ideal for beautiful walks in nature. You will enjoy the beautiful mountainous and rugged surroundings of the Sierras de Tejeda. You will be surprised by beautiful views and swallowed up by the beauty of nature. The area is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking.

Villa Las Flores apartment (48m2) is located on the ground floor (owner lives on the first floor). The apartment has its own entrance and a large terrace (110m2) where there is a lounge set, an eight-person dining set, a barbecue and an outdoor fireplace. The apartment offers plenty of opportunities to spend the days and evenings. The heated swimming pool 9.5 x 4.5 meters (heating by means of a solar collector, no sun means insufficient heated water in early spring and late autumn) and completely private for guests, is separated from the house by a private driveway and is one floor lower than the house. The swimming pool is closed from 01 November to 31 March. The large garden and swimming pool offer a lot of privacy and tranquility. In addition, there is a double carport. The site has ample parking space.

The apartment is suitable for up to four people and has a dining/sitting area with a fully equipped (new) kitchen and smart TV, wifi, two beautiful, spacious and stylishly furnished bedrooms with ample closet space and air conditioning (cold and hot), also central heating, and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The town of Cómpeta is rightly called the pearl of the Axarquia. The village is located at an altitude of 700 meters and is surrounded by spectacular mountains. In addition, the village offers a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea. Cómpeta is famous for its local wine. The village is a maze of cobbled cozy streets.

Fresh regional and local products are for sale at the Saturday market. On the central square Plaza Almijara you will find cozy terraces next to the church. There is a wide choice of good and affordable restaurants. Throughout the year there are many cultural and traditional festivals in and around the village. Not only the Cómpeteños are represented, tourists are also welcome to join the party. Cómpeta is a lovely place to stroll around. A village where the Spanish atmosphere is still tangible.

The Axarquia region is famous for its subtropical temperatures and is known as the best climate in Europe. The region is dotted with almond, olive, mango, avocado trees and vineyards. You will find many white typical Andalusian mountain villages, where time seems to have stood still. The Axarquia stretches from Malaga in the west to Nerja in the east and to Alfarnata in the north.
