Enjoy a peaceful setting with stunning views over the valley and mountains. Discover beautiful hiking trails in the Sierra de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama Natural Park. Motorcycle enthusiasts will also enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The authentic village of Sedella is within walking distance. Also visit the other beautiful white villages of the Axarquía where cozy restaurants and shops can be found. The beaches can be reached in more than half an hour by car. There is a free padel court 500 m away.

Our attractive holiday villa is wonderfully spacious with private swimming pool, sunny terrace, spacious roof terrace with outdoor kitchen and bbq, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning, fast internet connection and Netflix. You will lack nothing. If you still miss or wish for something? We live in the area and will do everything we can to make sure you have a wonderful time with us.

Hola, we are Bert & Wendy. Since April 2024, we have settled in Sedella. We have been Spain lovers for years. And the dream of having our existence here is something we are living now. Why La Axarquía? The wonderful microclimate, the friendly people and the authenticity of the beautiful white villages. Our house is spacious and comfortable and can accommodate up to 8 people. Because we live in the area, we can answer your questions and/or wishes quickly.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 90%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Cleaning costs € 150 per stay.
