Our Finca is located in a natural area at 8 minutes driving distance from both Alhaurin de la Torre and Alhaurin el Grande. Our typical Spanish finca in Andalusian style is located 20 minutes from Malaga airport and 30 minutes from Malaga city.

From our panoramic roof terrace you have beautiful views over the mountains of Malaga on the one hand and the mountains of Mijas on the other. And in the evening you can see the many lights of Malaga city in the distance.
Laurogolf Golf Course is 2 minutes away, and 3 restaurants can be found within walking distance.

Casa Palma contains a large and well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, a dining table and dining chairs. In the living room you can relax and read one of our books or play a game that are ready in your house. Or watch Netflix, Videoland or NLZiet for free on the Smart TV via (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) TV.
The large bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror with light and hair dryer.
The two bedrooms contain comfortable box-spring beds and all rooms have central air conditioning for cooling and heating.

Starlink WiFi is available throughout the property and on the outdoor terraces and by the pool.
You share the swimming pool and the large panoramic roof terrace with up to 5 other guests. Casa Palma also has a private terrace.

Hola, mucho gusto!

We are Ruud and Nicole and have been living in the beautiful Alhaurin de la Torre since the end of 2021. Here we live at Finca Sueno de Vida where we have been receiving many guests every year since April 2022. In addition, Ruud leads his own Golf Academy and we are a real estate agent on the Costa del Sol and help people find their own dream place as we started here a few years ago. In our free hours we play padel, golf, walk and love cooking and reading

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Billing Terms

We confirm all bookings, appointments, payments, etc. via email. The deposit of the reservation is 50% of the total travel sum. We ask you to make the payment within 2 days. If you arrive within 4 weeks of booking, you will pay the full invoice amount.
The final payment must be made 4 weeks before your arrival.

At the end of your stay, you can obtain an invoice with VAT and pay the remaining amount in cash for activities, honesty bar, dinner, etc.

Cancellation policy

Unfortunately, it can happen that you have to cancel your stay due to unexpected circumstances. We therefore advise you to take out a good travel and cancellation insurance, so that all parts of your trip are insured. We will issue a cancellation invoice after full payment of the amount to be invoiced. We apply the following conditions:

In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total travel sum.

In case of cancellation from 4 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total travel sum.

Tickets and service fees for attractions and other events cannot be cancelled.

Fixed green fees can only be cancelled based on the cancellation policy of the golf course in question.

If you have rented a car or bicycle through Finca Sueño de Vida and cancel, this will be done in consultation with the landlord and any costs will be charged.
