Villa Miranda

This luxurious spacious villa with fairytale views is located in an oasis of greenery. The entrance to this villa is marked by a striking palm tree that does justice to the character of this spacious family villa, which has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 12 people. The heated private swimming pool is set in a green garden bordered with flowering tropical shrubs. The villa is located on the hill Monte de Los Almendros.

From the living room and the various spacious terraces you have a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea, the picturesque white village of Salobreña and the mountains of the Sierra Nevada. The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers complete privacy to its residents. There is ample parking and the indoor garage can accommodate 3 cars. The villa has two floors.

On the ground floor you will find 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with sink, walk-in rain shower and toilet. The fourth bedroom uses a separate family bathroom with bath, sink, walk-in rain shower and toilet. One of the bedrooms can be separated into two rooms by means of a sliding door, one with a double bed and one with a sofa bed for 2 people. All bedrooms have a beautiful view and 2 bedrooms have a private terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrises in the morning in peace.

On the first floor, your eye is immediately drawn to a 4-meter-wide window with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the vast surroundings of Salobreña. The window is part of the spacious living room with sitting area, dining area and large open kitchen. Sliding glass doors provide access to several outdoor terraces. The kitchen is centrally located between the indoor environment and the outdoor environment. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, so you have access to all modern equipment to prepare all kinds of culinary dishes during your stay. The spacious kitchen has a cooking island and a seating area, so you can relax and have a drink with your travel companions while cooking. The washing machine is integrated into the kitchen. 

On the first floor is the luxurious master bedroom with en suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, walk-in rain shower, double sink and toilet. The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. One of the bedrooms has a sofa bed for 2 people, so that the villa can accommodate a total of 12 people.

The villa has central hot and cold air conditioning, which can be regulated per room. The villa has WIFI and satellite TV with a wide range of European and international channels.  The secluded tropical garden with lawn, palm trees, fruit trees and tropical plants offers complete privacy. You can relax on the sunbeds at the edge of your (heated) private swimming pool (7.5 m x 5.5 m) or enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool.

The generous terraces on the first floor, which are partially covered, are accessible from both the house and the garden. Here you will find an outdoor seating area overlooking the pool and garden. If you prefer to cook outside, there is a basic outdoor kitchen and a gas BBQ on the covered terrace. The huge round wooden outdoor table seats 10 guests, so you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, fine regional wines and breathtaking views of the Costa Tropical in a tropical setting.

Villa Miranda is located on the beautiful hill Monte de los Almendros. The recreation area of the hill is within walking distance. Guests can make free use of the communal tennis court, the padel court, the football field and the playground. The communal large swimming pool, children's pool and a simple eatery are also open in the summer months.  The beach, restaurants and shops are less than a 10-minute drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada or Almeria are easily accessible.
