3 large bedrooms for 2 persons, including the Master bedroom with private bathroom and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower on 120 m2. Quietly situated in a mountain landscape on 700 m2 of private land in the cozy Spanish town of Albanchez.

In the immediate vicinity, within walking distance you will find some cozy bars with eateries in Albanchez,
El Puente and Amanacher.

You will also find the market town of Albox a 15-minute drive away, with several large supermarkets, nice shops and cozy restaurants. Large cozy market on Tuesday morning.

The villa has a private landscaped garden all around, ensuring your privacy.
The large patio doors lead you from the kitchen and dining room to a large covered terrace with large wooden dining table and 6 chairs. With on the other side of the terrace a cozy sitting area with rattan bench and chairs. There is also enough space for a BBQ (this is available).
Around the villa there is plenty of space and opportunity to enjoy the outdoors in peace or actively; Relax in the large swimming pool, sunbathe on the deck chairs, badminton, mini golf, balls  , etc.

Inside, the villa offers: 3 large bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, of which the master bedroom has its own bathroom. There is also an extra bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
There is a very extensive large U-shaped kitchen and a dining room, followed by the large living room with ample chairs and a sofa,
Water purification system available, so that it is possible to drink from the tap specially provided for this purpose.
Present equipment; satellite TV, free wireless internet, WIFI and DVD/CD player.

In the old part of the town of Albanchez, which is built on a hill, you will find after some research in small (house) shops such as a bakery where you can buy fresh bread, a butcher's shop and a small supermarket.

The market town of Albox is about 15 minutes away by car. Here you will find authentic restaurants in a real Spanish town. Bring on the TAPAS...

But you can also take trips to the beaches, interesting cities and attractions nearby.
It is about a 40-minute drive to Garrucha beach and Vera Playa (FKK) with 8 km of quiet beaches.
Or to the cozy Mojacar and the harbor town of Garrucha with its many fish restaurants.
There is also a waterpark and a Karting in the town of Vera also about 30/40 minutes away.
Golfing is also possible in Mojacar, but a little further afield on the world famous Championship Desert Spring Golf course, which can be found close to Murcia.

Do you want to look for interesting cities; Malaga, Granada, Almeria, Murcia or Cartagena can be reached within 1 to 3 hours. 

Also nearby (10 min) in Cantoria you will find a horse riding school where you can take riding lessons, in addition, children can also ride ponies. They also offer Quad tours.

The area is ideal for hikers and cyclists who enjoy tough hilly terrains.
The Dutch cycling team regularly comes to this area for their training.
But you can also make trips to the lakes of Baza with water sports facilities, or the western towns of Tabernas that were used for the filming of many of the most famous spaghetti westerns.
And don't forget to visit the prehistoric finds and of course experience the many cultural and culinary possibilities.
