Comfortable villa with private pool and breathtaking views, near the white village of Cómpeta.
From the holiday home you have a magnificent view of the surrounding hills that end in the Mediterranean Sea via the valley.

The house offers a lot of peace and privacy and unforgettable views, from sunrise to sunset. On a clear day, you can even spot the Moroccan coast. It is surrounded by pine, cypress, olive and almond trees and the typical Mediterranean vegetation. This flows into the nature reserve "Sierra Tejada". By the way, don't be surprised when the shepherd walks by with his herd of goats under the terrace.

Casa Oliana is on one level, has a private parking, fast internet, satellite TV and a swimming pool of 4 x 8 m.
For the cooler evenings there is a fireplace and for cooling in the summer there are air conditioners in the bedrooms.
There is a well equipped kitchen and an outdoor kitchen with the BBQ!

Despite the fact that the Casa Oliana is rural and very quiet, you can reach the cute, white village of Cómpeta within only 5 minutes by car.

Here you will wander through the narrow, winding streets and admire the white houses, after which you can rest on one of the terraces in the square where you can watch the daily Spanish life go by.
In Cómpeta there are several shops, bakeries, some banks, a pharmacy, the vet and many bars and restaurants and cafes where you can eat. There are also several supermarkets.
On Saturday mornings there is a market until 12.30 pm. For tourist information there is a kind of tourist office.
About a 20 to 25 minute drive away is the coast (including Torrox costa) with its many beaches. Nerja with its "Balcon of Europe" is a must-see. 3 km east of Nerja are the "Cuevas de Nerja", a system of limestone caves that can be visited.
The Tejeda mountain range offers many possibilities for hikers, mountain bikers, horse riders! The natural park has hidden beauties.

Typical for the region are the beautifully situated white mountain villages, such as Frigiliana.
You can make trips by car to different cities, Malaga (40 km), Granada (100 km), Ronda (100 km), Cordoba (200 km) and Seville is also a beautiful city to visit with an overnight stay (or several).
