holiday house in Mpumalanga, South Africa – Marlothi River House
The terrace where you can have a delicious breakfast in the morning and see the first animals.
The central part of our house with large dining table and open kitchen, the African atmosphere that makes you feel completely in Africa.

The spacious living room downstairs where you can sit inside, although you won't do that often. There is TV with Chromecast connection so watch your own Netflix movie.
The driveway, be careful, there may be animals walking around.
Spacious parking spaces, illuminated at night and close to the front door, which makes loading and unloading easy.
Here is the entrance to our house. All our outdoor pitches are easily and safely accessible via paved paths.

The fourth bedroom upstairs with 4 separate beds. Please note that we rent the house for a maximum of 8 people (for example 2 couples with their children who sleep together upstairs)
The loft upstairs to relax after a day full of impressions.
The balcony where you can spot animals (for example the bush babes (night monkeys) in the evening).
The Crocodile River, when you walk out of the garden and cross the road you can walk straight to it.

This is our covered braai where you can eat and BBQ safely in the evening and during the day without being bothered by monkeys stealing your goodies (covered with mosquito netting).
The cozy Boma where you can share your stories by the fire at the end of the day or simply braai your meat.
Look who's coming for coffee. Please note that you are not allowed to feed them or give them sugar cubes. They are wild animals.
Wildlife simply comes into the garden, even when you are swimming.
Nice wildebeest, but of course he has to stay downstairs.
Aren't they nice? Yes, but be careful when the family comes over. Close all doors and keep an eye on all your belongings. Monkeys are naughty!

Relax at the edge of the pool.
You don't have to go into the Kruger to see wildlife. Zebras on the garden path. When you walk down this road you will arrive directly at the gate of the world famous Kruger Park.
Bring your own coffee mug and take a seat on the couch and enjoy the view of the Kruger.
You don't even have to go into Kruger to see the Big5. Around coffee time, elephants often come to drink from the Crocodile River, and lions and leopards regularly walk in the riverbed. During the day when it is hot, the buffalos come to cool off in the river, just like the hippos.

Swimming pool by night. If the weather is warm, you just want a dip in the pool can make. Zebra's Nest has a nice pool in the bush. Very special as the zebras or impalas come.

Zebra's Nest has a nice terrace with swimming pool. So wonderful to be at the house for a day.

There is also a desk in the large upstairs bedroom. Still nice to retreat behind your laptop if necessary.

Walk along the Kruger Park fence and look for herds of elephants, hippos, lions or leopards. So funny!
The wonderfully spacious bathroom in the master bedroom upstairs. Nice shower, plenty of cupboard space and two sinks.
All equipment is available in the kitchen: Nespresso, regular coffee machine, microwave, oven, grill, hob, American fridge with freezer and washing machine.
